Colonel "Bat" Guano: Okay. I'm gonna get your money for ya. But if you don't get the President of the United States on that phone, you know what's gonna happen to you?
Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake: What?
Colonel "Bat" Guano: You're gonna have to answer to the Coca-Cola company.

There are too many from Better Off Dead and Repo Man for me to pick just one.

"Then again... you may be the antichrist." -- Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday in Tombstone

(It's pretty context-dependent, though.)

I don't think I've ever had, or will ever had, a single favorite, but trying to think of some of my favorites I realize that most of them don't work nearly as well out of context. What makes them great are the way they carry their context with them in a pithy way; those are the sorts of movie quotes I really appreciate. Like at the end of Heathers, "Veronica, you look like hell!" "Yeah? Well, I just got back." That's all about everything that just happened, and how the characters relate, and the disconnection between those two things.

"Well, I guess he had it comin'."

"We all got it comin', kid."
