Whooooop! It's been a while, but I do remember that unique dance belt sensation! I found it very uncomfortable, specially when they had us doing hip-hop moves that include spinning on our backs -- the dance belt has a bump right where the up-the-gazoo strap meets the waistband, and the spin was right on it. Ouch.
