320 manual tool changes; 3 separate jig/hold-down setups. 4 trips to the drill sharpening station.

Yeah, I once had to drill over 500 holes in various high-strength aluminium alloys. Only problem was the diameter, 0.8 mm.

I broke all the 0.8 mm drills in the lab, went down to stores, got all they had, broke them, went to the only place in town that had them and bought their entire stock. I think I finished with one drill left.
