frobzwiththingzToday we adopted two cats from the Kitty Angels shelter. We brought Zira and Zowie home with us. They're currently being scared-y cats and hiding in one of the cat carriers in the library-now-safe-room for them.
Zowie is the gray-and-white male and is the more outgoing of the two; we expect him to come out of his shell before Zira does. Both were ferals and they'll need time to develop. They were unbelievably cute in a cat pile in a box at the shelter today.
Zowie has poked his head out of the cat carrier and sniffed a bit but is still unsure about actually exiting.
Zira is hiding under the blankets and pillows within.
We hope that they'll eventually prove to be good companions for Radar.
